The 2018 Badlands Art Association’s 48th Annual Fall Art Show will be November 9th through November 11th at the Ramada Grand Dakota Lodge. The judge for this years’ show is Ali Hein who is a Professor of Art at Bismarck State College.

In order to have your art shown in the art show, you must complete a Call for Entry form and postmark it by October 15. Call for entry PDF forms are here .

October 15: 48th Annual BAA Show 2018_Call for Entries_FINAL must be postmarked by October 15 to be eligible to display art work in show.
November 8: Hand delivered art work To Ramada
November 9: Morning judging no visitors
November 9: Show open Friday night Preview & Silent Auction. 6 pm to 9 pm.
November 10: Show hours. 10 am to 4 pm.
November 11: Show hours. 12 pm to 4 pm.

The Nature of Water Media (Acrylics) workshop will take the participants on a journey of exploration and experimentation with water-based mediums. Techniques will include transparent, translucent, and opaque applications.

Michael Dunn is a lifelong teacher and artist. He is a dynamic instructor, willing to work with each participant and he will encourage you in your next steps as a developing artist.
